इस जनहित याचिका में मांग की गई है कि सुशांत की एक्स मैनेजर दिशा सालियान की मौत की भी कोर्ट की निगरानी में सीबीआई जांच हो। याचिका में कहा गया है कि दोनों की मौत का एक-दूसरे से कनेक्शन है। इस बात की जानकारी न्यूज एजेंसी एएनआई के माध्यम से मिली है।
